Guðrún Brá extends her lead

Guðrún Brá Björgvinsdóttir extended her lead in the Women‘s Golf Competition to six shots during the second round at Korpa Golf Course today.

Guðrún (ISL) shot 71 today, one-below-par. She has 140 shots in total after the first two rounds and holds a six shot lead.

Sophie Sandolo (MON) has secured the second seat. She had 73 shots today, one-over-par, just as yesterday and 146 shots in total.

Karen Guðnadóttir (ISL) played well today and hit 73 shots as well which moved her to third place.

Today was however not so kind to Sunna Víðisdóttir (ISL) who dropped from third to fourth playing six-over-par.

Those four are runaway leaders as a staggering thirteen shots separate the fourth and fifth.
