The third day is over. It was a pleasant day, good weather and great athmosphere. Now only two days remain until the Closing Ceremony.

Guðmundur Helgi Christensen from Iceland picked up the bronze medal with 182,4 points.

Liechtenstein won Luxembourg in Group B Men 2-0
Iceland lost against San Marino in Group B Men 0-2
In Women category Iceland won Malta 2-0
Monaco won Cyprus 2-0 and Liechtenstein won Luxembourg 2-0
Golf
Guðrún Brá Björgvinsdóttir (ISL) shot 71 today, one-below-par. She has 140 shots in total after the first two rounds and holds a six shot lead.
Sophie Sandolo (MON) has secured the second seat. She had 73 shots today, one-over-par, just as yesterday and 146 shots in total.
Karen Guðnadóttir (ISL) played well today and hit 73 shots as well which moved her to third place.
Today was however not so kind to Sunna Víðisdóttir (ISL) who dropped from third to fourth playing six-over-par.
Kristján Einarsson (ISL) shot 69 today, two-below-par. He has 137 shots in total after the first two rounds and holds a three shot lead on Haraldur Franklín Magnús (ISL).
Andri Björnsson (ISL) and Daniel Holland (MLT) both shot 70 or one-below-par in second round and share third place in total.
Volleyball
Luxembourg celebrated their first win at Women‘s Volleyball at the GSSE 2015 when it fought off a challenge from Liechtenstein in a close tie in the first game at the Volleyball court today. It ended 3:2 (25-19) (24-26) (25-23) (23-25) (15-13)
Men´s Volleyball Team from Luxembourg is without a defeat after winning today against San Marino. The game ended 3:1 (25-23) (18-25) (25-14) (25-12)

Basketball
In the Men´s Competition, Montenegro had a good win against Andorra earlier today. They lead by 11 points in half time 48-37. In third quarter Montenegro increased the lead and at the end they were over by 24 points. In the end Montenegro won the game by 20 points 89-69.
Montenegro: Vladimir 13 points, 8 Rebounds and 2 assists, Milutin 11 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist. Andorra: Guillem 17 points and 5 rebounds, Cinto 12 points and 2 rebounds.
Iceland won Luxembourg 81-79. Iceland lead in half time by seven points 41- 34. In the beginning of quarter 4 it seemed that Iceland was securing the win and was leading by 16 points, but the Luxembourg team didn´t give up so eas...lly and in the end it was only 9 points made the difference.

In the Women´s Competition one game was played today when Iceland won Monaco 81 – 55 in their second game at GSSE 2015.
